John W. Lutz is the Owner and Broker of Record of Lutz Commercial Realty, a cutting edge, full-service commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey.
Prior to forming the Company in 2007, Mr. Lutz served as Director of Retail Sales for a well know firm for specializing in retail leasing and sales in Central and Northern New Jersey
In his role as Owner of Lutz Commercial Realty, John leverages his 15 plus years of experience in the areas of real estate brokerage in providing outstanding results to a large number of shopping center owners and retailers.
John's impressive market expertise enable him to provide comprehensive commercial real estate solutions for retail clients, including 7-Eleven, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, A. Seabra Foods, Quick Chek, Wawa and Foodtown among many others as well as many notable owners of retail properties.
John is a licensed New Jersey and Pennsylvania real estate broker.
Prior to his real estate career John was a highly successful foreign currency trader and broker in New York City working for Lloyds Bank International, CARIPLO Bank, Prebon Yamane and Euro Brokers Inc.

Michael Minitelli is Vice President of Lutz Commercial Realty.
Mr. Minitelli has over 30 years of real estate experience. Michael provides comprehensive knowledge of real estate development as well as retail leasing and sales.
Prior to joining Lutz Commercial Realty Michael was the Director of Economic Development for the Township of Union, Union County New Jersey. His experience includes working with major retailers such as Home Depot, Target, Costco, Bed Bath and Beyond in addition to regional retailers and banks. Michael has extensive experience in working on residential development with such notable developers K. Hovnanian, Garden Homes and many more.
